Windy Point

Windy Point is ground-up construction consisting of two tilt-up buildings on a four acre block in San Marcos. The first building is a 15,000 SF double-story office that is equipped with both open, partitioned and individual office and meeting areas, as well as a fully functioning kitchen. The second building is an industrial complex that has 9 individual suites across 18,122 SF. We also completed the external site works, including developing a through road, parking lot and landscaping.
