Redwood Terrace Memory Care

Redwood Terrace was a complete rebuild of the interior and exterior of the existing building. We framed the building to house a memory care and wellness center, including eleven residential units, with offices, a gymnasium, and exam rooms. The interior finishes are custom throughout such as vinyl plank flooring, custom cabinetry, Dikken HVAC units in each room, custom lighting and up to date lighting controls. The exterior changes include new colored acid etched concrete throughout, a new wood structural patio cover, a custom designed landscape wall, red brick planters and a garden area for residents.
