Block K
Completed in 2019, Block K is located near California State University, San Marcos. It is an extension of the North City development plan for San Marcos. The building is described as a “wrap”, being that it is shaped like an “L” to conceal the parking structure behind. It is five stories high and consists of 68 unit two- and three-bedroom apartments and town-homes.
