Bella Mente Charter School

New two-story slab on grade and wood frame with stucco wing addition to existing building for Bella Mente Charter School. We added twenty-one new classrooms which includes eight Pre-school/Kindergarten classroom with private restrooms for the younger students and large science classroom. New restrooms, administration offices, teachers’ lounge, library and storages were added to accommodate the increase in number of students and staff. Site work included two storm water bio filtration system, sidewalks, parking lot, and vehicle/pedestrian gates. Fencing for student drop off and pick up was also added in order improve on the flow of traffic during school hours.
