The Orchard

The Orchard was a ground-up construction of a two-story, wood-framed clubhouse designed to serve as a modern community hub. The project features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious common areas, a state-of-the-art gym, and a dedicated theatre room. High-end finishes and contemporary architectural elements were incorporated throughout. The scope also included the construction of an additional maintenance building to support ongoing facility operations.
