The Lofts at Moonlight Beach

The Lofts at Moonlight Beach located at Highway 101 and Encinitas Boulevard in Encinitas. The 57,536 SF, mixed-use development comprises one three-story building with two levels of residential lofts, one level of storefront commercial and one level of subterranean parking. The Lofts consists of 18 units with two-bedroom, 2.5-bath lofts with decks. Additionally there are 15 retail spaces on the ground floor ranging from 550 SF to 1,200 SF.

The Lofts at Moonlight Beach received the Golden Nugget merit award for Outstanding Mixed-Use Project.
