Terrace Lofts

Terrace Lofts is a new 5-story multi-family project located in Vista, CA. It includes 42 residential units and ground level parking. The units are a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom floorplans. Each unit includes smart-home technology, in-unit washer and dryer, built in closets and oversized balconies. The exterior of the building features the tallest wall mural in north county with beautiful black aluminum siding to compliment it. Amenities include a rooftop lounge deck with BBQ area, a garage workshop, electric-bike lockers and EV-charging stations.
