R&R constructed Stone Brewing’s Company Store in the renovated historic McClintock Storage Facility in Downtown San Diego. In keeping with Stone tradition, the project includes an intimate tasting room with granite slab and raw steel tasting bar for sampling of Stone craft beer and retail merchandise along with relaxing 2,800 SF patio gardens with fire-rock seating, granite boulder elements and lush landscaping.

220 Raymond Ave Pasadena, CA
R&R constructed Stone Brewing Company’s Pasadena store on a fast- track schedule. Located in the historic Pasadena Train Station district of Old Pasadena, renovations for the 1,705 SF Tasting Room and 365 SF patio seating were completed in 3-weeks’ time. As an outlet for the sampling of award-winning Stone craft beer and merchandise, the project displays “trademark” Stone finishes including granite slab and steel tasting bar, stained concrete floors, rusty finish steel paneling and artisan steel railings.

310 N. Tremont Street Oceanside, CA
R&R provided Design-Build services for the construction of the Stone Company Store in downtown Oceanside. The project includes 952 SF tasting room for Stone craft beer samplings and merchandise retail outlet and approximately 4,000 SF of patio gardens with fire-rock conversation seating, lush specimen landscaping and eclectic finishes for customers to enjoy.

930 3rd Street Napa, CA
R&R constructed a major tenant improvement project, converting a historic 150 yr. old stone masonry building into a premier craft beer destination in the heart of Napa Valley wine country. The two-story 9,882 SF building contains an onsite brewery with a 10 BBL brewing system, tasting bar, lounge, full-service restaurant, and an outdoor dining patio overlooking the riverfront and Downtown Napa.
