San Dieguito United Methodist Church

San Dieguito United Methodist Church was a tenant improvement project to remodel the sanctuary, chapel, kitchen, and restrooms. The sanctuary ceilings and stage were demolished and rebuilt with new tile, carpet, paint, and a new privacy wall ramp with a wooden flame at the stage. All new lighting, stage lighting, a suspended wood flame feature, stainless steel finishes, and an all new sound system were installed. The chapel received new wood ceiling soffit, carpet, lighting, speakers, TV’s, cross, paint, and storefront. The kitchen received a new pantry with a sink and cabinets. The restrooms were designed with new fixtures, partitions, tile, paint, countertops, and doors. Lastly, two HVAC units were installed on the roof.

The San Dieguito United Methodist Church project received an award from Faith & Form in the category of Liturgical/Interior Design. This award would not have been possible without the partnership of Domusstudio Architecture.
