Peninsula Point
The Peninsula Point project involved the conversion of a two-story office building, situated above an underground parking structure, into an 89-unit senior care facility. This technically complex renovation required a phased structural process to lower 16,000 square feet of the basement parking garage by 24 inches, allowing for additional resident rooms and optimized space planning.
The tenant improvement transformed existing office areas into senior living units and shared common spaces. The scope included new flooring, modern interior and exterior finishes, a fully redesigned lobby with a reception desk and office, and the addition of a complete commercial cafeteria kitchen and refrigeration system. The upgraded facility now operates as a fully functional RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly), tailored to meet the needs of senior residents.
