North Park Brewing Co

Richard & Richard renovated the 8,600 SF building into a unique craft beer brewery and tasting room. The main floor shares the copper and soapstone custom bar, kitchen and tasting room with a beer production displaying a 15 BBL brewing system and 30 BBL fermenter vessels that are fully visible throughout the interior. The basement houses grain storage and handling equipment and water filtration system to support the craft beer production operation. The balcony that overlooks the tasting room includes bar, seating and restrooms for guests to relax. Interior finishes honor the North Park’s Art-Deco era with custom iron lamp post lighting, stained oak mill-work, copper and iron accents, exposed steel barrel trusses, marquis lighting, mosaic tile and reclaimed wood flooring.
