We remodeled the 24,000 SF existing office building into a Senior Day Care Facility. The facility included professional offices, a kitchen, dining room, salon, doctors’ offices, and a rehab facility. The complete upgrade of the 42 year old building included structural work, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire system, elevator, and windows.
