18,000 square foot tenant improvement office space and conference rooms which include new ADA restrooms and break rooms. The project is located downtown on the entire 4th floor of San Diego’s historic 625 Broadway building. The open offices and perimeter windows allow for natural lighting throughout, minimizing power consumption. The bright painted walls provide the space a comic book theme and an overall fun working environment.
