Windy Point Update

We’ve broken ground on the ground up Windy Point project in San Marcos, CA. The slabs for both of the buildings have been poured and trenches for conduit have been dug. Check out progress photos on our Facebook page.

The project will be an 18,122 square foot light industrial building. In addition, the project will include three tenant improvement suites.
