State & Oak Project Update

The State and Oak project continues to make progress. Roof sheeting and turret roof framing have begun. Also, rough plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm work progresses at all levels of the structure. The parking garage and retail units are fully enclosed, and windows were received. Demolition of existing houses kicked off the four-story mixed-use and residential project in Carlsbad, CA. The project consists of commercial retail space, 27 condominium units, an underground parking garage, and a swimming pool.
