State and Oak Update

Despite rainy Southern California weather, progress is still being made on many projects, including the Stake and Oak project in Carlsbad, CA. the slab, footings, and CMU walls have been completed. Now we are forming for the podium deck.

The property had existing houses that were demolished at the start of the project. State and Oak is a four-story mixed-use and residential project. The project consists of commercial retail space, 27 condominium units, an underground parking garage, and a swimming pool.
