State and Oak Update

The State and Oak project is making progress. We are currently in the middle of the framing stages and site work. The podium deck and second-floor framing have been finished and the third-floor framing is starting. Check our Facebook page for more progress photos.

The property had existing houses that were demolished at the start of the project. State and Oak is a four-story mixed-use and residential project. The project consists of commercial retail space, 27 condominium units, an underground parking garage, and a swimming pool.
