R&R recently started a hair salon project in Laguna Hills, CA, Phenix Salon Suites. This project is a tenant improvement of an existing space. The company is a boutique salon suite concept that offers individual suites for the independent salon professionals in hairdressing and beautician professions. The work will include HVAC, plumbing for new restrooms, breakroom, and 27 hair salon sinks, and electrical.
