R&R has started a new tenant improvement project for Phenix Hair Studios, a boutique salon that offers individual suites for hairdressers and beautician professions, in Laguna Hills, CA. We will be adding two new restrooms, including all plumbing work, adding new ductwork, and electrical work in the existing space. Check out the progress photos on our Facebook page.
