Block K Update

The Block K project is coming to a close. Punch list items will be completed over the next couple of weeks. The owner should be able to start having people move in next week. Come check out Block K!

The Block K project that started in 2018 is an extension of the North City area of San Marcos, CA. Block K is located near California State University, San Marcos, east of Campus Way and south of Carmel Street. The project is a mixed-use apartment building with 68 units across five-stories.
