Richard A. Woolsey is the Founder and CEO of Richard & Richard Construction Co., Inc., bringing more than four decades of construction experience to his leadership of the company. After beginning his career in 1979 and gaining extensive experience as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, Rick founded R&R in 1991, growing the company from a self-performing contractor operating out of a garage into a respected, multi-million-dollar general contractor. As CEO, Rick provides strategic direction and oversees financial management, business development, legal matters, and client relationships. His leadership is grounded in accessibility, personal relationships, honest business practices, and a commitment to delivering quality work and earning the trust of clients and employees.
