David Wilkinson has been R&R’s General Counsel for over 20 years, providing trusted legal counsel and strategic guidance throughout the organization. His key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, participating in project health checks, resolving issues that arise, and consulting with the CEO and President on a wide range of legal and business matters.

Before joining R&R, David practiced as a civil litigator, with a focus on representing self-insured clients. His extensive legal experience and practical approach provide valuable insight and guidance across R&R’s projects and operations.
