The fundamental truth in commercial construction: you’re not building a structure, you’re building a business. That’s what sets Richard & Richard apart. We understand that your space must be a physical testament to your vision. That’s why, before we set the first nail, we make sure we understand not just your project parameters, but your idea of business success.
“For us, "scope of work" is merely a starting point. Our team members instinctively reach for greater success, addressing each item while aiming for the best possible end result. While other companies focus on industry standards for quality and workmanship, our standard is whatever it takes to achieve success.”
— Rick Woolsey, CEO
We don’t do guesswork. Experience has taught us that the only way to successfully meet your scope, timeline and budget is with a process that ensures accuracy at every level. At Richard & Richard, this process means accountability for each team member and transparency for you.
“When we look at a structure, what we see is an interconnected myriad of details - each one as important as the next. Seeing ahead of time how all these come together makes the difference.”
— Rod Andrew, Chief Estimator

— David McNiff, Senior Project Manager

“Flexibility is two things: experience and, quite frankly, willingness. We understand every facet of this business and therefore how to adapt. Just as importantly, we start every project knowing that, no matter the situation, we will do whatever it takes achieve success. Period.”
— Dave Rex, President
What’s the difference between vendor and partner? A partner is someone who acts in your interest even when you’re not looking. Who understands your business, not just your budget. Who knows that the first job of a construction company is to build trust. To see this in action, please see our case studies.
“Any building is a direct reflection of the partnership that created it. Strong relationships built on trust, communication and ethics result in projects that meet goals and stand the test of time.”
