Richard & Richard has completed LEED certified buildings and several in process. We have accredited AP LEED Professionals on staff currently, with other staff members in the process of being accredited. This allows our clients to design, build and operate buildings that deliver high performance inside and out with the adoption of sustainable design and practices. Taking advantages of green building practices can substantially reduce operating cost, enhance building marketability, increases productivity in the work place and reduce indoor air pollution. The green design field is growing and changing daily. New technologies and products are coming into the marketplace and innovative designs are advancing every day, reducing the costs and making green technologies more accessible to everyone.
