Building the MCRD American Food Court required renovation of a 100-year-old building into a multi-chain fast food restaurant facility. The project included installation of modern plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. New kitchen equipment, state-of-the-art space frames, unique radii, arched ceilings and walls, custom granite counters and cabinetry, exterior patio areas with lighting, palm trees and decorative tile work were also part of this innovative design.
