Description

This was a competitive bid project which R&R value engineered to reduce costs by approximately $250,000. Renovations included demolition of multiple old structures and construction of a new 7,000 SF wood-framed building, parking lot, playground and specialty interiors. Upon completion, R&R was recognized by the church congregation and the Mayor of Encinitas for meeting an accelerated schedule and providing the ultimate in quality construction.
