"We first worked with the Design Team at R&R to get a layout that fit or needs. After the space plan was complete the construction group developed a preliminary budget which we approved. Then we moved on to the working drawings. When working drawings were complete we received our final pricing which came about 5% under the budget. We approved the final pricing and R&R submitted the plans for permit. Construction started immediately and we were given a construction schedule. Once permits were issued the construction progressed rapidly. We worked with a designer for our finishes and managed to keep the finishes within budget. Our suite was completed one week early.
