Each year, the employees of Richard & Richard avidly participate in fund raising to help local nonprofit agencies who provide community services. In 2007, they helped a local family modify their home to improve access for their two wheelchair bound daughters; in 2009, employees embarked on a project through Mira Mesa Heroes to rebuild two-story steps for Grace Chapel, an extensive undertaking with folks working all day A partial list of community support clients would include: Vista Boys & Girls Club; Vista & San Marcos Little League; San Marcos High School; Saint Judes; Oceanside Homeless Mothers; Becky's House and Grace Chapel.
